Bonjour!

So here in Gravesend its half term, but only for one week. On Tuesday mum, dad and I went to Paris for my birthday. We had to get up really early which I didn't appreciate but I did sleep on the Euro-Star, which was quite nice inside, for a train?!

When we got there we went on the metro, which was quite cramped but then a little old random man came on and started to play the accordion, I thought he was really funny because he kept smiling at everyone, have you ever seen that in London?

Notre Dame which was beautiful, I never actually realised there was gargoyles on the roof :O We went to a cute little cafe just of Notre Dame and we had cholât chaud and creps which were lovely!

The Eiffle Tower was amazing, we went right up to the top which Oh my! It was very high!!!

We then went to the Louvre and walked for quite a way but saw some really awesome things! But what I didn’t like was the FLIPPING traffic it didn’t stop! The traffic lights never changed, there weren’t buttons to press to show that you were waiting to cross, zebra crossings might as well not be there and indicators on cars- forgot them!!!

All in all j’adore Paris

We now have a very dented bin!

Well on Wednesday night, while my dad was at work. Mum and I were making potato cakes and I ate a extremely hot cake and all of a sudden I collapsed and fainted on the floor. I personally don't remember falling over at all! But the state of my head and ear and the pedal bin I went over with some force!!

My ear is seriously purple all the way around the top and it is triple the size it should be. I have a golf ball on the back of my head which is so painful because I cant sleep or sit up. I HAVE BEEN UP SINCE 5:40- AAAARGH!!! But since then i have found parts of my anatomy which also hurts, my ribs, both elbows, my neck and strangely my little toe?!

BUT on a brighter note- I got into KIAD/ UCCA. For those people who don't know what it is- its only like the best art college in England, i love it there plus, there is really cute guys there :P

I really cant wait until i get there and i made a friend who also got in- which is also good because now i kinda know someone when i get there in September- YAY!

School

Just finished my first week back at school and I received all my marks back from my mock papers from before Christmas. They weren't as good as I thought they were going to be but I did really good in my DT exam...

And talking of DT- if you knew I was having an interview with North West Kent College, well I got in- YAY! And when I got home there was a shiny new letter addressed to me from Rochester, it was from KIAD/ UCCA asking me to come for an interview on the 24th January! DOUBLE YAY!

I'm now doing french coursework 'Mon Enseignement' - which is so much fun when 'YOU CANT SPEAK A WORD OF FRENCH!!!' But my English coursework was good C+ and for me that's good- OH YEAR!! :D

Good Luck to everyone else for getting into 6th forms and colleges for next year.

We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year...

Well happy Christmas to everyone and in two days, have a happy New Year.
This Christmas was really good because my brother (-uni student in Glasgow) came home. He was only home for a week but he and I did quite a bit. We went to London, which was soo much fun. We had pasties and cookies in the station, we went to Covent Garden and wandered, we watched the ice skaters- but I didn't see any body fall so there wasn't any comedy. We went to see the tree in Trafalgar Square
, which look dead?! We tried to feed the squirrels in St. Paul's but we came to the conclusion that they don't like french fries- who knows why? but the swans do- strange!? And like on most trips... we got lost but only for a moment or two.

Christmas day was good. Santa had a bit of a mix up with my brother and my stockings but never mind- hehe. I received some...random presents, a plastic trumpet flute, bells, castanets and a clacker thing from my brother :D and I also received useful presents like Greys Anatomy DVDs and lots of smellies.

Happy New Year everyone.
